I take illegal copying of my creative work seriously, and will take necessary legal action to have unauthorised work destroyed and/or removed from fraudulent websites.
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website and other promotional and marketing materials, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing.
Please be aware that colours of items can vary slightly from photographs displayed online, due to different monitor settings. While the colour reproduction is a close representation, every printed item is individual and variations in actual goods may occur.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown in the hellorocket store are in pounds sterling (£).
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
Payments are processed by PayPal, currently my only supported third party payment portal. I do not receive any of your personal banking data.
Invoices are automatically generated and emailed to you by Ecwid the third party provider running my shop. I do not send additional receipts with packages.
Risk of the goods will pass to you on delivery to you.
Personal information will not be divulged to third parties other than for the purposes of product delivery.
Delivery can be made to the UK and Channel Islands, Europe and Rest of the World.
Prints are rolled in tissue paper and sent in strong postal tubes. Greetings card and t-shirt orders are shipped in protective card backed envelopes or biodegradable postal bags as appropriate.
If you would like your print sent as flat artwork or some other way, then please get in touch.
Most orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, but other courier companies may be used. I aim to ship items within 5 working days of receipt of your order, however some goods may take up to 25 working days to despatch.
Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Scottish Bank Holidays. All timescales are indicative only.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and will be added to your order at confirmation stage. Delivery charges are based on the weight of the goods you order, plus the delivery method you select.
It is your responsibility to pay any duty or custom charges if applicable. Please check your local import tarrifs before ordering.
If there are any problems with your order, please let me know immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. I'll endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Please let me know if your goods arrived dammaged and if possible send a photo. Please also keep any paperwork relating to your delivery. These help me to investigate with the supplier responsible for the unsatisfactory delivery.
If your product arrives damaged and you return it to me in its original packaging with the invoice within 14 days, I'll refund the full cost of the product.
If you are unhappy with your goods and decide that you want to return or exchange them, for any reason, then please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be in the condition that you received it. Items should be returned in their original packaging, or with all original garment labels still attached.
To return your product, you should post your item within 14 days of delivery to: hellorocket, 52/4 Grove Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8AT, Scotland. Please also include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
Any shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are sending an item over £60, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
If after receiving your order you decide you'd like to exchange it for another item of the same price, I'm happy to offer an exchange providing the original item is sent back, undamaged in the original packaging or with original garment labels attached, within 7 days of you receiving it.
If you decide to exchange your item for another item of a different value, please contact me at email@example.com before returning the item.
Once I've received and inspected any returned items, I'll contact you by email letting you know that I have received your returned item, and whether the return is approved or rejected (based on the conditions above).
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
I'll refund the cost of carriage for a return resulting from my own mistake, otherwise delivery charges can not be refunded.
Legal ownership of returned goods will immediately revert to me if goods are returned and I refund any such payment to you.
